1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Rr33 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If there is any doubt regarding a user's eligibility, rr33 reserves the right to suspend account access until verification is completed.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the rr33 platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or devices — is a serious violation of these terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required information includes:

• Full name as shown on your valid identity card or passport.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• An active email address that only you can access.
• A valid mobile number registered in Malaysia.
• Bank account details for verification and payment purposes.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted KYC documents include MyKad, a valid Malaysian passport, or a Malaysian driving licence. rr33 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents where required for legal compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you have reported unauthorized access to the rr33 support team within a reasonable time.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Rr33 supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer to all major banks. The minimum deposit is RM 10 and the maximum deposit depends on your account level and chosen payment method.

All deposits are processed in real time unless a technical disruption occurs on the payment service provider's end. rr33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes and must be money that you legally own.
• Rr33 does not accept deposits from credit cards or loan-based sources.

5Fund Withdrawal

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other players.

Game results displayed on your screen are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the client display and the server due to a connection interruption, the records stored on the rr33 server shall be considered the valid and final result.

• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification and may take up to 72 hours to be credited to your account.

8Prohibited Conduct & Activities

10Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period.
• Self-requested withdrawal for responsible gaming purposes or self-exclusion.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the rr33 customer support team. If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure, it will be returned to the player once all security and compliance checks have been completed, provided there are no outstanding issues.

11rr33 Liability Limits

The rr33 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees of continuous, uninterrupted availability. rr33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

12Terms Amendment & Relevant Regulations

Notification of changes will be prominently displayed on the platform's homepage and sent by email to all registered members at least three (3) days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations or where immediate legal compliance is required.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which rr33 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, while all other provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
